In general, the blankets are fairly low maintenance. We suggest keeping them out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time to best retain their original, glossy color. Also, the blankets have a “memory.” If they remain folded for extended periods, the fur creases in those areas. If you prefer to store your fur blanket for the summer, feel free to do so. However, we just suggest not keeping them folded for a very long time. The more the fur is on display, the better!

If you spill something on a fur item or feel like it needs to be cleaned, DO NOT attempt to wash it yourself! That will ruin it! Check with your dry cleaner and see if they clean fur or outsource it to someone who can clean it. Otherwise, you can always send it back to us to professionally clean it!

If something happens to your blanket and you need to have it repaired, please contact us and we will coordinate getting it fixed for you!

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, we ask that items be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date. We do understand that many purchases are gifts, especially during the holiday season. During this time, we request that returns be received NO LATER than January 14th for a full refund (minus shipping).
